Microsoft will use this information to improve product experiences for users, including by improving the quality of AI-generated responses and troubleshooting product issues. If you enable or don’t configure this policy setting, your users will see an option to include screenshots and attachments when they submit feedback to Microsoft. You will be able to view and manage feedback from your organization in the Microsoft 365 admin center. If you disable this policy setting, your users will not see an option to include screenshots and attachments when they submit feedback to Microsoft. Note: This policy setting has no effect if the "Allow users to submit feedback to Microsoft" policy setting is set to Disabled. Note: This policy setting only applies to subscription versions of Office, such as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, and to subscription versions of Project and Visio.
