Save RSS conflicts

This policy setting allows you to save RSS conflicts. If you enable this policy setting, RSS conflicts will be saved. This policy setting takes precedence over the "Prevent saving sync conflicts" policy setting. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, RSS conflicts are not saved.
