Disable File|Archive
This setting allows you to disable File|Archive and prevent users from manually archiving items in their mailbox. You might want to set this if you have deployed other messaging records management policies in order to avoid conflicts. You should also consider disabling AutoArchive in the setting named AutoArchive Settings.
