This policy setting prevents the Accessibility Checker from flagging media files that might need caption information. If you enable this policy setting, the Accessibility Checker will be prevented from flagging media files that might need caption information. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, presentations will be scanned for media files and the results will appear in the Accessibility Checker.
