Turn off QuickStarter

This policy setting controls whether QuickStarter is available to users. By default, QuickStarter is available to users if they meet the language and region requirements for the feature. If you enable this policy setting, QuickStarter won’t be available to users. If you disable or don’t configure this policy setting, QuickStarter will be available to users if they meet the language and region requirements for the feature. Note: This policy setting only applies to subscription versions of Office, such as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
