Split in-progress tasks

Allows rescheduling of remaining duration and work when a task slips or reports progress ahead of schedule. If you enable this setting, the remaining duration and work will be rescheduled if a task slips or reports progress ahead of schedule. If you disable or do not configure this setting, the user's default setting is used.
