Set to enforce app local sign in to join Zoom meeting

Default policy is no sign in restriction to join Zoom meeting. If this policy is enabled, Zoom app cannot join meeting before signing in locally. If this policy is disabled, Zoom app can join meeting without signing in locally. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
