Disable all direct connections to Zoom web service (Recommendation Setting)
Default policy is false. If this setting is true, client will disable the direct connection to Zoom web service. If this setting is false, client will always try direct connection even there is proxy server configuration. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
