Allows users to join an external Webinar as a guest through another account's local Zoom Mesh-enabled network (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is disabled. If this setting is enabled, this policy will allow users (not on your account) to join an external Webinar through the local Zoom Mesh-enabled network. Other requirements must be met, such as the device having the minimum supported client version for Mesh connections and the associated account setting in the web portal also enabled. If this setting is disabled, this policy will not allow external users (not on your account) to join an external Webinar through the local Zoom Mesh-enabled network. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
