Set to enforce sign in to join Zoom webinar

Default policy is no sign in restriction to join Zoom webinar. If this setting is true, Zoom app cannot join webinar before signing in. If this setting is false, Zoom app can join webinar without signing in. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
