Set a level for suppressing background noise (Recommendation Setting)
Default policy is 0, client will use 'Auto' by default. If this policy is a valid string, client will use the specified type listed as below: 0 - Auto 1 - Low 2 - Medium 3 - High The High option requires the audio enhancement package, and if not present, the client will default to Auto. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
