Set to adjust for low light automatically (Recommendation Setting)

Default setting is enabled. This policy depends on EnableLightAdaption, if EnableLightAdaption is disabled, EnableAutoLightAdaption will not work. If this setting is enabled, client will adjust for low light in the user's own video automatically. If this setting is disabled, client will not adjust for low light in the user's own video automatically. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
