Set to allow users to join other cloud's meetings without login if the EnforceSignInToJoin flag is set (Recommendation Setting)
Default setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, client will allow users to join other cloud's meetings(e.g. ZFG) without login even if the EnforceSignInToJoin flag is set. If this setting is disabled, client will respect EnforceSignInToJoin's logic. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
