Auto update plugin version Mac

In order to distinguish Win version and Mac version in case of different hotfix version between Win and Mac, these 2 new register keys are created. If none of them are setup or all of them are set as empty string, AutoUpdatePluginVersion still works. If anyone of these new reg key is not empty, AutoUpdatePluginVersion will be skipped. (We plan to retire AutoUpdatePluginVersion after several release)
