Disable VDI tool file transfer

The default value is disabled (0) This option allows you to disable the ability for the ZoomVDITool to pull log files from the remote client. Enabled (1): File transfer from Plugin to VM is disabled when using ZoomVDITool. Disabled (0): No restriction on Zoom VDI tool.
