Disable boost power scheme

Specify a value of one (1) to disable. Specify a value of zero (0) or not available to enable. This setting only applies to thin clients with 2 core CPU or less. By default, the VDI Client will force the thin client power settings to high-performance mode if this setting is not set or set to 0.
