Disable IM file transfer (Recommendation Setting)
Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will disable IM file transfer feature when current domain is not exist in the list of AllowedIMFileTransferDomain. If this policy is disabled, the client will use the default setting. If this policy is not set, the client will use the default setting.
