Set to move messages with new replies to the bottom of the chat (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is enabled. If this setting is enabled, client will move messages with new replies to the bottom of the chat. If this setting is disabled, client will not move messages with new replies to the bottom of the chat. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
