Where to start when viewing unread messages in a channel (Recommendation Setting)
Its default policy is 0, client will default to start viewing unread messages at the first unread message. If this policy is a valid integer, client will use the specified type listed as below: 0 - Start at the first unread message 1 - Start at the latest unread message If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
