Keep all unread messages at the top of recent chats (Recommendation Setting)
Default policy is disabled. If this setting is true, client will keep all unread messages at the top of recent chats. If this setting is false, client will not keep all unread messages at the top of recent chats. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
