Setting up message notifications preferences for Team Chat (Recommendation Setting)

This policy is exactly same as the manual setting: "Settings"-"Team Chat"-"Message Preferences". Its default policy is 1, client will default to notify direct messages, mentions, and replies. If this policy is a valid integer, client will use the specified type listed as below: 0 - All messages 1 - Direct messages, mentions, and replies 2 - Off If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
